Present at the meeting: Pat Salomon, Kit Patten, Wendy Jensen, Roz Halberstader, Fiona De Ris and Diana Deacon.
-Kit reported that an accounting error with the town has resulted in our having more funds than expected.
-Pat presented her summary of the survey, which was based upon 28 respondents.
-Pat will advertise the studio tour on the Berkshire Eagle’s holiday calendar and in the Shopper’s Guide.
-Several differently colored versions of the poster that will advertise the studio tour were considered.
-Seventeen grant proposals were reviewed. The grants reviewed concerned children and teenagers.
